Prices
Prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars, based on present market conditions, and subject to change without notice. All prices will be quoted FOB our warehouse. The shipping is at the client’s charge.

Shipping
Any purchase made before 2pm EST will be shipped within 24 hours, after 2pm EST the order will be shipped the next working day.

Returns
All products purchased from BioandChic.com are final sale; we do not accept returns. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. We try to provide detailed descriptions and accurate pictures of the products, to provide you the best overview of it. If it is nit precise enough we are happy to provide our clients with complimentary samples prior to placing an order.
We only accept returns for our mistakes, and apologize for it. It is the customer's responsibility to note all quantity discrepancies and damages on the delivery ticket at the time of delivery and to notify BioandChic.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims
Claims for any cause must be made within 48 hours after arrival of goods, which is expressly agreed to be a reasonable period of time. If Buyer does not give such notice, Buyer agrees to have irrevocably and unconditionally accepted the goods. BioandChic.com furthermore will not consider any claim after the stock has been processed, improperly stored, or otherwise treated, modified, or used in any way. Claims for losses while goods are in transit must be filed by the Buyer directly with the carrier.

Non-guarantee
Due to variance in raw materials, the products described can vary in sizes, colors or shapes from one case to another or in the same case.

Contingencies
We reserve the right to prorate or cancel any order, in whole or in part, because of: strikes, labor shortages, fire, frost, flood, drought, disease, casualty, errors in count, spoilage, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Taxes
Any taxes arising from the purchase, use or resale of the goods, such as sales tax, or any other local tax, are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Limitation of liability
BioandChic.com maximum liability, whether contractual or for negligence or otherwise, is limited in amount to the amount paid to BioandChic.com for the purchase of the stock under all circumstances and regardless of the nature, cause or extent of the loss.

Certain products within our offering have properties that make them potentially unsafe if misused. You must, upon receipt of any product from BioandChic.com, read carefully any safety warnings and follow clearly any guidelines on how to use the product. Receving and Acceptance
All shipments should be immediately and carefully unpacked and inspected on arrival and then placed in proper storage. Any problems with the condition or quality or quantity of goods received should be brought to our attention immediately.

Severability
In the event that any part of these terms and conditions of sale is held to be illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the other parts shall nonetheless remain in full force and effect.
